Back in 1997 Technique Print was born – a dream of founders, Karl Smith and Mark Foster, to create something that was (then) unique. 20 years later this successful Banbury business still offers customers all over the country a complete print AND high quality graphic design service – all under one roof.
Until that time all of the local print businesses had artworkers that could lay out a letterhead but not much more. Mark had been successfully running his own graphic design company, Technique Studios, since 1986 but with Karl’s print background they started a business where customers could work with experts in both design and print, saving time and money in the process.
Technique moved to its current premises on Wildmere Industrial Estate in 2002. Since then it has continually invested in new equipment and now offers Design, Print, Web & Display. The design studio not only provides graphic design for print but also website design & build expertise, providing the complete online marketing package for its customers. The print factory has digital presses for short print runs, litho presses for larger, high quality publications and a large format printer for exhibition panels, pull-up banners and wall graphics.
