Philip Brodey

Philip was born in Banbury and, after a few years studying and working outside of the area, returned to Banbury in 1991 to join the family company, Norbar Torque Tools.

His responsibilities at Norbar, which is now part of the Snap-on group of companies, include sales, marketing and new product development. This has given him experience in distributor selection and management, business to business marketing including website development and social media and management of product development projects.

Outside of the business Philip is a keen member and past President of the Banbury Cherwell Rotary Club and has taken a particular interest in the wide range of youth activities organised by Rotary.

He lives six miles from Banbury where his family are currently puppy socialisers for ‘Dogs for Good’ and so they regularly enjoy walking in the countryside. He also has a great love of cars and motorbikes and continues to plan his dream garage of British made (or, at least, British badged) vehicles!
