The primary aim of Banbury and District Chamber of Commerce is to improve the economic environment whilst sustaining the quality of life within the community by campaigning for effective transportation, education and skills training, adequate development of land and a vibrant town centre.

We are an extremely professional and friendly group of business people who represent both business and professional interests of those within the Banbury and district area.

BUFC
Since Banbury United became a supporter owned club in August 2015 it has been completely rejuvenated. A major contributory factor to this, has been the wonderful support given to the club by the Banbury Business Community via sponsorship and grants. This is borne out by the fact, that three years ago the club had one sponsor, now it has over seventy! The club is developing fast on and off the pitch and is proud to be a member of the Banbury Chamber of Commerce. We want to welcome our fellow chamber members to the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium to view what we have achieved and to network with our invited sponsors.Some of the objectives of the organisation are to benefit the community by:

enhancing the social, cultural and economic value of the Club to its Communities and by acting as a responsible custodian of the club for future generations;
upholding the mutual ownership of the Club operating democratically, fairly and transparently;
ensuring the Club operates with financial responsibility
providing sporting facilities and opportunities regardless of age, income, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexuality, religious or moral belief; and
playing at the highest level possible, but always operating in a financially responsible and prudent manner.
