Brethertons for Southern conveyancing firm of the year – AGAIN!

Brethertons are delighted to announce they have been shortlisted in this year’s Law Firm Services (LFS) Conveyancing Awards for the sixth time since 2012. This year they have been shortlisted to win the 2017 Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year for both the South and South West regions.

The success comes hot on the heels of being named finalist in the Eclipse Proclaim Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2017 in the ‘Conveyancing Firm of the Year – Midlands’ category.

The awards are judged by high profile industry representatives from the National Association of Estate Agents, Legal Eye, as well as practising conveyancing solicitors and prominent figures such as the Property Ombudsman and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

A comprehensive set of criteria has been identified to judge the awards and to celebrate those legal firms across the country which offer a first rate conveyancing service. In order to make the shortlist, firms have to proceed through a rigorous six stage process, which included a mystery shopping exercise and an interview.

The winners will be announced at the LFS Conveyancing Awards Dinner on 20th September at the Vox, Birmingham. The LFS Conference will take place during the day with keynote speaker Justin Urquhart-Stewart, talking about how Brexit will affect the housing market.

Tom Ansell, Head of Practice Area – Conveyancing at Brethertons said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for such prestigious conveyancing awards. These awards are testament to the focus of our staff to be the very best at what they do and to provide a great Conveyancing service to our customers and introducers of business.”
