Banbury set to become a haven for foodies

Last month, Lock29, a unique, creative food & drink and leisure space that will fill 30,000 sq ft of the former BHS store, was unveiled to the public. It was revealed soon after that farmer-led food provenance champion Happerley had chosen Lock29 as the location for its National Centre for provenance. As the only location of its kind in England, Lock29 and Castle Quay will become the cornerstone of its mission to promote high-quality produce and nationwide supply chain transparency, helping to put Banbury on the culinary map and attract visitors to the town.
