Ellacotts is very excited to announce that our Charity Quiz has raised £2,000 for our Charity of the Year, Mind!
On Thursday 10 October, which was #WorldMentalHealthDay, over 110 people took part in the pub style quiz at Banbury United Football Club. Teams were challenged with 9 rounds of trivia and enjoyed a fish and chip dinner. The evening also included a raffle, with lots of fantastic prizes having generously been donated by local companies.
David Stevens, Managing Partner, said:
“We had a fantastic evening at our Charity Quiz and were delighted to have been able to raise £2,000 for our Charity of the Year, Mind. We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and took part in the quiz and bought raffle tickets, and also to all the companies who generously donated raffle prizes. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to raise such a fantastic amount to help support the work that Mind does.”
