Did you miss February’s newsletter? Catch up here
By the time you have read this newsletter we will have Brexited! Whatever your politics and however you will be affected, either personally or via your business, at least we will all know where we vaguely stand.
This aside, the nights are starting to draw out and as we leave winter behind I have been lucky enough to take some time out of our expanding business to watch England play cricket, as well as review what happened in 2019 and make strategic plans for 2020, which is ironically our 20th year in business. As businesses, it is so important that we regularly reflect and review on an ongoing basis in order to assess performance and make improvements to processes, systems or marketing as needed, however I know all too well how difficult it can be to find the time.
I am proud to live in Banbury and serve the local community and remain extremely excited about the new developments that are happening in our town and the surrounding areas. Yes, we have to take some pain as a community – car parking and other disruptions – but there is so much to be positive about too. Although it’s now February, I don’t think that it’s too late for another resolution. My suggestion would be for us all to go that extra mile to support each other whenever possible and to come together as a business community to share the wealth of our knowledge with other chamber members and the larger Banbury population as a whole.
We have three diverse and interesting events taking place in February and early March, so please do take the time to have a look before signing up.
Look forward to seeing you soon.
