Following an unannounced visit from the Cherwell Food Standards Agency on August 14th, the restaurant at Horton Treatment Centre was once again awarded 5 stars, the fifth year in a row that the hospital has received this rating.
The catering team are incredibly pleased that their hard work and dedication was recognised giving them the best score they could have achieved.
The busy catering department ensure that all inpatients at Horton Treatment Centre have great quality food throughout their stay, as well as the queuing number of staff and members of the public that visit the restaurant for lunch on a daily basis.
Freda Seath, Catering Lead said ‘It is absolutely brilliant that we have maintained our 5 star rating after this recent visit for the 5th year in a row. As always I am extremely proud of my team and the work they do.’
Patients at Horton Treatment Centre are always very complimentary about the food. Some recent patient’s comments:

The restaurant at Horton Treatment Centre is open Monday to Friday 12pm – 2pm and offers a variety of hot and cold options.
