This week, Brethertons welcomes Jo Tanner as the new Head of the Customer Relationship Management team. Jo specialises in strategic integrated marketing communications and is a customer experience specialist.
In addition to providing freelance consultation, Jo joins Brethertons with over 15 years experience in various senior management roles at HSBC. During her time at HSBC, Jo was responsible for the development and implementation of the European Marketing Strategy and the voice of the customer programme.
Jo has a passion for delivering superior customer experience and has been responsible for developing and delivering bespoke customer insights programmes, thus putting the customer truly at the heart of a business. This expertise will allow the CRM team at Brethertons to reach a whole new level and provide our customers with the best possible service.
