Whitley Stimpson, one of the largest independent accountancy practices and business advisers in the area, are delighted that their Payroll Manager, Tracy Gill, has been included in the category of ‘50 Leaders within the Knowledge and Professional Services’ on the prestigious Reward 300 2019 Index.
The industry media brand ‘Reward Strategy’ recognises and celebrates high achievement and excellence within the payroll, reward, pensions, benefits and Human Resources sectors.
The Reward 300 Index celebrates the individuals who have been recognised as the most influential leaders and dedicated professionals working across the sector. The celebratory evening revealing the index took place on Wednesday June 5 in London.
Tracy, who is based in the Banbury office and responsible for processing payrolls across all four Whitley Stimpson offices said: “I am delighted to have earned a place on this index. To be recognised by the industry demonstrates the widening remit of the payroll profession and its close association with Human Resources, rewards, pensions and employee benefits.
A payroll manager at Whitley Stimpson for seven years, Tracy manages the payroll team of five, supporting 500 payroll clients with their ongoing payroll requirements. Her experience and responsibilities extend over businesses ranging in size from one to 250 employees, as well as the in-house payroll.
She added: “We take great pride in offering a professional, approachable and personal service. I am passionate about providing an outstanding payroll service to all of our clients and to do this my aim at the moment is to create a payroll centre of excellence in order to streamline processes, deliver a consistent service to clients, build best practice and ultimately improve efficiencies even more.”
The organisations and individuals featured in the index will now be assessed by an independent panel of judges, and the winners will be announced at the Reward 300 Gala Dinner and Awards on the 5th December.

Tracy is able to think strategically and keeps her team focused on frequently challenging deadlines.
