The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important opportunity for us to update members on the Chamber’s activities and performance over the past year. It also gives members a chance to help shape the future of the organisation. 

2026 AGM – Summary 

Our Annual General Meeting took place on Wednesday 24th June 2026 at Whately Hall Hotel, Banbury. 

At the meeting, we reflected on key developments from the past 12 months, reviewed our financial performance, and elected both our Chair and Financial Director for the coming year. 

Next AGM 

Our next AGM will take place in June 2027, with the date and details to be confirmed nearer the time.
